Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and LLYY Game ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet or playing any game on llyygame.win, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. We recommend checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current rules.

These Terms apply to all services available on LLYY Game, including but not limited to online slots, live casino games, fish shooting games, sports betting (including cricket and PSL markets), bonuses and promotions, the mobile app, and the cashier. All services are provided for entertainment purposes to adult players.

2. Account Registration

To use LLYY Game, you must create a single registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping your account information current.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account on LLYY Game. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be voided.

You must be at least 18 years old to register. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately. If a minor is found to have used an adult's account, LLYY Game bears no responsibility for losses incurred.

• You must not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account registration is currently available to residents of Pakistan only.
• Corporate entities, businesses and organisations may not register accounts.

We reserve the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account verification may be requested before any withdrawal is processed. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of your payment method ownership.

3. Deposits

All deposits on LLYY Game are processed in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and approved mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change. Current available methods are displayed in your account cashier at all times.

The minimum deposit amount is displayed in your cashier section. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In some cases, particularly with bank transfers, processing may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing times.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or method that belongs to you personally.
• LLYY Game does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Deposits made in error may be refunded upon request, subject to the funds not having been wagered.
• We do not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Chargeback attempts or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. All withdrawals must be to an account or wallet registered in your own name. LLYY Game does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your cashier section and may vary by payment method. Standard processing times are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Raast and bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank.

• Withdrawals from real money balances with no active bonus are processed without wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals from bonus-derived balances are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable bonus.
• LLYY Game reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if unusual account activity is detected, pending investigation.
• We do not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

If a withdrawal is declined for any reason, the funds will be returned to your LLYY Game account balance and you will be notified. If verification documents are requested in connection with a withdrawal, the withdrawal will remain on hold until the required documents are submitted and reviewed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

LLYY Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions and special event bonuses tied to cricket tournaments such as PSL and T20 internationals.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated in the individual offer. General bonus rules that apply across all promotions on the platform are as follows:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household and per device unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus balance or winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each offer.
• LLYY Game reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already claimed and activated a bonus will not be affected by changes made after activation.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold or exchanged.

If you wish to withdraw your deposit before completing a bonus wagering requirement, you may forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it. The option to forfeit a bonus is available in your account settings. Once a bonus is forfeited, it cannot be reinstated.

6. Sports Betting Rules

LLYY Game offers sports betting markets covering cricket, football, esports and other sports. Cricket coverage includes Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODI and Test series featuring Pakistan, and other major international fixtures. Betting rules specific to each sport and market type are displayed within the sportsbook section.

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on LLYY Game:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement except where a cash-out option is available and exercised by the player before the event concludes.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules displayed in the sportsbook. In most cases, abandoned matches result in void bets with stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• LLYY Game reserves the right to limit bet amounts for any individual player or market without notice.
• Obvious pricing errors will not be honoured. If a market is displayed at clearly incorrect odds, LLYY Game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• In-play betting is subject to slight delays. Bets placed after the relevant event has occurred will be voided.
• Accumulator bets are subject to the rules of each individual event included in the accumulator.

Any attempt to use insider information, coordinate bets with other parties to manipulate outcomes, or otherwise engage in match fixing or corrupt activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to relevant authorities.

7. Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on LLYY Game — including online slots, live casino tables, fish shooting games and other game types — are provided by third-party software developers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI Games, Evolution Gaming, Habanero and Spadegaming. Each game operates according to its own rules and payout structure as defined by the provider.

All games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, real dealers operating under monitored conditions. Return to player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the provider and cannot be modified by LLYY Game.

• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned.
• LLYY Game is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues on your end during a game session.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per round are set by the individual game and displayed within the game interface.
• Progressive jackpot rules, where applicable, are governed by the game provider's terms and may be subject to additional conditions.
• The use of automated software, bots or any tool that plays games without direct human input is strictly prohibited.

Fish shooting games, including JILI titles such as Mega Fishing, Boom Legend and All-Star Fishing, involve a skill-based shooting mechanic where ammunition costs are deducted from your balance per shot. 8. Player Conduct

You agree to use LLYY Game for personal entertainment only and in a manner that is fair, honest and consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent limits or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using any software, script, bot or automated tool to interact with the platform.

Violation of any of the above conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to appropriate authorities where illegal activity is suspected. LLYY Game's determination in conduct matters is final.

9. Responsible Gaming

LLYY Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions in any material way.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, subject to prior notice where required.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited. Real money deposits that have not been wagered may be returned at our discretion following review.

12. Limitation of Liability
